At heart we are vinyl record collectors come full time record dealers, wanting to provide a diverse range of stock, for you the buyer, catering for all genres, hand picking our record dealers from across the UK to attend our events. Free car parking for both buyers and sellers. (All buyers & sellers must enter their details / car details on the tablet device as stopping for '1 DAY', either at the hotel reception or in the middle of the corridor before entering the record fair. A carpark fine will be issued through the post and received within 3 weeks, if you do not enter your details)

Table Hire: £40 for 1 Table , £70 for 2 Tables and £90 for 3
Please arrive no earlier than 8am, doors for loading will not open until then.

Voucher Raffle Terms & Conditions
On entry into the Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa Record Fair, each paying attendee or student who has free entry, will be handed a unique numbered raffle ticket. Your name and vehicle registration number will have already been noted down for the free carparking, and this is the additional authentication information we will use to identify successful winners. A draw will take place later on in the day for 10 £5 vouchers, the use of this voucher is only permissable at any Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa record fair in 2018, and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given if items purchased are less than the £5 voucher value. Please see the event origaniser on collecting your £5 voucher.

Carparking Disclaimer
Midlandsrecordfairs will not be held responsible for any carpark fines issued at the Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa. Your details MUST be added onto one of the tablet devices, either at the hotel reception, OR the main corridor before entering the fair. Your name and registration must then be completed at the admission desk onto paper which acts as a hard copy the hotel keep on file, should you have entered your details incorrectly on the tablet device. Please state '1 day' as the duration as your stay.
